Since all reviews are either 1 or 5, I suspect that some products do not include any internal workings. A quality control issue? I am tempted to exchange it for another. If I do, and the other one works, I will post an updated review.

Innovative product

After installing the antenna, I noticed battery performance was enhanced, even if nominally. At my work, there are areas of the building that I normally don't get any reception. With the Reach Antenna, I am able to get 1-3 bars of LTE coverage. The one and only thing I dislike about the Reach Antenna is the design. I have a clear iPhone 6 case and the design of the antenna looks odd. I understand that a majority of Reach Antenna users wouldn't use a clear case, but I digress. Lastly, the instructions for installation were great, overall. However, I was unsure if the Reach Antenna was supposed to touch the iPhone's antenna line or just be parallel with it. I did greatly admire the method that is used for installing the Reach Antenna. Smart.

It works, and not just by measuring "bars"
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was either going to be a 5 star rating or a 1 star....either it works or it doesn't. I put my iPhone6s into Field Test mode and did readings all over my building at work and at home as well. Field test mode puts out the actual signal strength in dB instead of just measuring bars. My readings are almost uniformly better now with the Reach Antenna than they were before, to the tune of 3dB and more. Signal strength measurements are not linear, so a 3dB change actually means double signal strength. The only drawback is my Spigen slim armor case now doesn't fit quite as flush as it did, but that's the price of better cell service.

It made no significant difference in the signal and I am talking about db and not bars( I have the phone setup to show exact number). I tried installing on the phones exactly and even rebooting the phone thinking it might be because the cell signal was not accurate. I have tried in rural areas in specific spots I know that nearby are better areas and this product did not get the signal from the better area. Also the product does not stay on very well and the only way I got it to stay on is if I quickly put it in a case. I am highly skeptical that this company tested this product throughly in an objective manner.
