If it did, I was unable to see any difference. Perhaps the company should provide some kind of App that makes it easy for consumers to confirm that their signal has improved. I saw no difference. Not only that, but the Reach Antenna came unstuck from the back of my iPhone after four weeks of use, meaning I could not use it anymore without buying an additional case that would force it up against the iPhone. This seems to work well for some other customers, so perhaps it will for you too. But given my experience, I would not recommend this to anyone unless you can get a guarantee from Best Buy that you can take it back if you're not satisfied.

Posted .Thanks for the detailed feedback. We would like to learn more about how you are using your Reach Antenna and measuring its performance. It is important to know that we designed our Reach Antennas to be used (1) with a case and (2) also when held in a hand or up against a head. We don’t know the specifics of how you were using it but these could be factors.
Regarding the adhesive on the back of the antenna, we tested it rigorously to ensure proper adhesion but dirt or dust on the phone may impact the stickiness.

Although it's one of those things that you don't really notice if it's working if you didn't already have bad service, I like to think that it's helping. I haven't lost signal since, even in elevators and parking garages. I always have signal over my friends.

We were watching TV in his basement last week and I was happily surprised to receive and then successfully reply to a text message all from the basement. Then I was absolutely shocked to actually receive a call when I was down there. Well worth the price.

I really was excited to use it since we were going on a trip to the mountains. My fiancé and I have the same phones and same cases; so this was really going to be the test. We were trying to use the gps and my phone worked and his did not ( it was the spinning wheel of doom it took forever for his phone to load). So I know this product works great!

I returned it right away. I made sure it was properly installed and lined up correctly. Not worth a penny.

Reach Antenna is tested and proven to improve your signal, but it is important to know that you will not always see more “bars” when using it. The signal strength of your phone is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. This means that often times performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.

I feel like I might possibly have better service as well, but it's hard to tell. It was also easy to apply to my phone and with the case on, you would never even know it's there.

I have had poor coverage in my house (only at my house) ever since I switched carriers three years ago. This product added strength to the signal and I can finally use my phone at home!
