Posted .We would like you to be aware that when using Reach Antenna you may not always see more “bars” on your phone screen, and know that Reach Antenna is always working to strengthen your signal. Your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. This means that often times performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work in an area where I would consistently get only 3-4 bars of 3G connectivity; this was very upsetting because I'd consistently have calls drop, videos and music wouldn't load much, and loading emails was a pain. After purchasing this my connectivity boosted up to 2 bars of LTE. Now I've been able to have longer calls, videos would buffer less frequently, music would load faster, and email would send and come without waiting. My phone provider is Sprint. Mind you, everyone else that had either ATT, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile and Verizon had 3 or more bars of LTE where I work. Which was very upsetting.

Helps somewhat

Didn't have this problem with my iPhone 5s, was hoping this boaster would be a fix and it does help somewhat but really didn't fix the poor antenna that the iPhone 6 comes with.

The reason for this is related to how your phone measures signal strength, and what it takes to give you a full “bar”. Your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. A full “bar” improvement requires 10 dBs, which equals a very big 10X improvement in your signal.
