This is not a reflection of the product, but a reflection of ordering through Best Buy. So many problems... -ordered on 4/9. Expected delivery 4/22. Just got my delivery yesterday, 5/13. Updates on delays were pretty sub-par. Got an email saying it was delayed a few days and I will hear back soon (I think they said 24-48 hours) Crickets for 9 days. Delivery people didn't give any call ahead to say how far out they were. Just called and said "we're out front". We weren't home, so good thing we didn't have to sign for it. -Dimensions are wrong on Best Buy site. They say 156" by 75". It's actually 80.60" by 206". 4 feet longer than the site lists. Good thing I cross checked Little Tikes' website so I could plan accordingly and didn't have an unpleasant surprise when it came time for assembly -My husband opened it all up today and was ready to start assembly (finally). There is no instruction manual- just a video made by the manufacturer. We knew this going in, and we were ok with it. EXCEPT, none of the bags for the hardware were labeled correctly. We called manufacturer for support. They said this has happened once before where the bags were labeled wrong. Guess where it was sold from? We'll hear back in 1-2 business days about what the labels should really be so we can start building. I can't attest to the quality of the playset yet, because Best Buy has made it as difficult as possible. I'm happy to update on the actual product quality after we finally get it built. Don't order it from Best Buy though.

No instructions or book in boxes had to go online after calling customer service. The play-set smaller than advertised. Not happy with the purchase at price paid when I could have purchased a much bigger and better product for same or lower price

No instructions still needing this assembled…………..

No directions can’t put it together I want to return it

Swing set is really great for the price we paid! A little cumbersome to put together though.
