    Item showed up not working. I reordered and the second item came packaged in a bag, nothing like the first unit, it had no packing and the items box was open without any of the paperwork that comes with it. Best Buy says sorry for you luck ,we can't help you Mr Hall you have spent $2500 in the last month online with us but your not important

    I have not had a worse experience than this company and their products. i had ordered extra battery and twice they came dead and could never be charged. one of them actually killed the charger. Beware of their products.

    I have the black phantom 4 BB special edition. I only had the 1 black battery that came with it cause it was still winter and I was not gonna fly longer than 25min anyway. But I somehow lost the battery at the park(took it out and put it on the ground and left it there. I purchased another one in white. Just not the same. When the black went on sale it was a no brainer
