It’s a great laptop and tablet for those who wants light weight device for business or school. It’s light for travel as well.

Have not had to use it yet. I am hoping we won't have to. I'm not sure what she will do without it since she us so attached to it.

like wow. many places have recycling fees but this is the best. words can't describe how well it works. I should have bought two.

I use this ipad for work and am able to use it to its full max i personally like to use a wireless key board to complete all my documents

I like my lap top because itsvvery helpful for me to learn & all the settings it's organize it's very fast to track my account

This is an excellent and quality laptop from HP, but it is a bit heavy over 3 lbs. I prefer something even lighter, good value though.

great for traveling. light and doesn't take much space.took me some time to figure out how to borrow e-books from my public library.

Love my Mac book pro. It's such a great product like all other apple products I don't even mind paying the recycling fee.

Handles all my needs well. It's fast and the ability to use it as a tablet keeps me from needing to bring two devices when I travel.

money well spent on a MacBook Pro! fell in love with the lightness of the laptop when carried around in a back pack.

Great laptop. Lightweight, stunning display. Nice that you can remove the screen if necessary. Very solidly made.

So generally speaking, I’d say it is good, but everyone has to decide for themselves and the way they use it.

The tablet is acceptable for the price but not great. The battery is terrible and for that reason I'm returning it.

I don't enjoy paying the recycling fee but I do enjoy that Best Buy recycles all old electronics right inside their store

Its a great little machine... great for someone that does not have much experience and its looking for a start up machine

Didn’t want to pay more, but I think It’s necessary to charge this small fee to get your old product recycled

Software came free with my laptop purchase. Easy to install and use. Hope it protects my laptop from the bad people :)

Recycling fee is reasonably cheap but still bites because we shouldn't have to pay any additional fees.
