Searched online for all of the municipal disposal stations and methods. Looked for a charitable org. that would take my TV. All to no avail and lots of wasted time.

I don't mind paying a few extra bucks for a recycling environmental fee long as it goes toward helping the environment or offsetting the production cost.

It wasn't too expensive & i could deal with it. I think if it was really expensive, I would have some issues with it. Overall, it's doable and no complaints.

This is a fee that seems to be thrown off to the side by most but is good for our environment and the ability to get things off your hands once finished.

It is interesting that there is a review section for the recycling fee. Since the fee is automatically added onto the purchase. What can I say?

i got charged for this but i don't exactly know what this is...? my guess is that it's for the cardboard they have to use when shipping something out.

Paying for recycling is the right thing to do. It is the price we pay for a better world, a world of the kind we want to leave to our children.

I'm all for doing what is needed to secure our environment. However, I have purchased many laptops, electronic devices--all requiring a recycle fee--and have yet to see an accounting of the "hefty fees" added to the price. Many of the laptops I purchase I take to Mexico for young students, so the laptop never finds its way back to California. And, I know that parts are stripped from non-working units and salvaged in Mexico. So, I'd like to see credible information posted on all those recycling fees--or is it just another corporate grab?

Amazing program! I brought in a printer that didn't work and didn't have the cord; and they took $50 off the new printer I bought. So good!!!

I guess if I have to pay a fee to contribute to the betterment of the planet, fine. Although, if you made the fee optional, I’d probably donate more than you mandate, State of CA.

Nice thing to do but why do I have to pay during purchase and when I dispose of my equipment. I think paying once should be enough

I have I phones & wanted to get a PC that would operate the same programs. I'm still learning to navigate it but I still enjoy using it!

It is a good laptop after one year. I onlyb use it for writing documents and shopping, nothing too heavy duty that couldn't handle.

The recycling thing is great. I feel so much better about myself after I've recycled because I know it is better than not recycling.

Fees are the way of the world: activation, recycling, food , baggage, termination. The world is full of fees. It's not my favorite thing!

I love recycling fees! I care about our environment and am glad that money goes toward keeping our Earth clean. Hooray, fees!
