lol that I'm writing a review about a recycling fee, but anyway, I always feel cheated when I have to pay this. I carefully recycle all electronics and batteries, to entities who usually make a profit on it. Whatever.

Just trying to do the right thing and I guess it comes at a cost.

Don't like recycling fees. Don't know why I have to review this.

Sure would be nice if the manufacturers paid for this.

Not sure why there is a fee charged for recycling.

I bought the 2 pack and when I got home neither one of my Track-R devices work they both had a dead battery. I exchanged them for two new ones and they worked but battery went dead fast. They say it should last a year but it's more like 2 months.

Should not have to pay this fee. This fee doesn't guarantee the device will get recycled properly. Best but should collect the unused products, reimburse customers in form of store credit if a fee was charged and property recycle device.

I'm not too happy about having to pay a recycling fee for electronic components when I donate them for recycling at the end of their life anyway. Would be interested to see just how much of these fees actually go toward recycling.

The idea of a recycling fee is nice, but this should be a free service that all Best Buys and any electronics place automatically does. Instead we have to wait for that one day where they will recycle computer equipment. So mad.

I don't understand why they charge a recycling fee even when I don't plan on recycling the item

I get that I am buying an electronic item but seriously, to charge a recycling fee is ridiculous. I am already spending hundreds of dollars then on top of that you charge me a fee for something that I not even recycling yet?!

Shouldn’t be charge upfront for a waste fee. That should be charged when it becomes waste

nothing you can do about this one. you do get the luxury of discarding an old laptop to bestbuy in the future, doesnt have to be the one you bought. but who would do that anyway unless the thing was a dinosaur? lol

Asked the clerk what this was for (did not turn anything in for recycle) - answer was "no idea" Anticipate that this is akin to a recycle fee when buying a can of soda; not sure why when recyclers take for free

Too many recycling fees now days,you pay tax on everything you buy,you have to pay for bags ever time you buy something,and you have to pay recycling fees for,can items,bottles,tires,and appliances,enough already.

I'm not sure what you are asking for a review about a recycling fee for? My thoughts are that I shouldn't have to pay a recycling fee until I'm actually recycling something and not for a purchase of a product.

I do not like paying for a recycling fee. I still have my old desktop at home and will take to the landfill along with other items but you are forced to pay even if it's a small fee. It is what it is.
