I feel it is unfair to charge a fee to get rid of old devices.

What can I say about a recycling fee? I’d rather not pay it, but I guess it’s good for the environment.

I appreciate the service and trust the materials are being managed properly.

Can't really rated. I didn't ask if they would accept my monitor to recycle. So I gave it a three star.

Well, had to pay it but hopefully it keeps other monitors out of the landfill.

$4 for recycling is not too bad,It will increase for 2018 to $8 though

We don't like to pay for anything in life but that's costs extra but this is an important issue with recycling it makes so much of a diffence in our echo system for our clean environment I certainly don't have an issue for a couple of xtra dollars to make sure as long as it does go to the right place

I'm not really to sure why we have to pay a recycling fee after spending so much money on a computer.

It's never fun to have to pay a recycling fee on a new computer, but If I want the product...

Seems like every time we purchase an electronic device, there is a new fee of some sort connected to it now. But as long as there are places to take the old electronics and drop them off (w/o being charged again) then a couple of bucks added to the purchase can be tolerated. Just seems it gets harder to find places to drop off the old stuff some times.

It was part of the purchase.Couldnt get around it.No problems.

The recycling fee was not outrageous. Good value for what you get.

Understand that there has to be a fee, glad it wasn’t too much.

Hopefully gets some of the stuff out of landfills and recycled
