The game content and storyline is great, but the controls are a bit odd and hard to get used to. Storyline is very long and will take a good amount of time to complete.

This is probably the best game I've ever played. Its better than GTA5 . I was skeptical at first because of the old west setting, but the writing, graphics, soundtrack, and controls had me! Its amazing, highly recommended

absolutely a breathtaking game. lately I have a hard time playing story games all the way through. this is no exception, as i still have yet to finish it. but unlike others its fun and easy to jump right back in and play for a few days.

Arthur Morgan is a great character that reeks havoc on in the late 1800's. There are hours and hours of game play that you can spend hunting or going through all the missions. An enjoyable game for all types of gamers.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is epic wild, wild West tale. Beautiful graphics, realistic animations, fun shooting, and awesome story. This is a world that you can really horse around in (50+ easily). This is fun and has the content to get the best bang for your buck. Enjoy the ride because it's awesome. Playing the original isn't required but it would help with some easter eggs. The shooting has a learning curve, but you will get better. Awesome gaming experience.

Pure trash. The best thing is the graphics, which are amazing. It also does a pretty good job at the look and feel of the frontier in 1899. The story is totally linear, inconsistent, and ultimately meaningless - in that your decisions don't make any difference. The story is awful, lazy, and poorly written from the start and the ending is even worse. Missions are terribly linear. The 'roleplaying' is a joke. The epilogue is terribly unsatisfying. The characters are all jerks, especially the men. The movement and controls are often clumsy. You're supposed to be able to explore this huge world but your companions are always telling you to hurry up. You'll be doing tutorials until halfway through the game while playing a character that is supposed to be a veteran. Illogical choices; terrible design. The online game is toxic!! Don't buy!

He died when I was 15 years old, so yeah, I am pretty old too. This game is unbelievable fun. Im playing on 1S and the graphics are fantastic, with a 70 inch 4K T.V. I bet its even better on the 1X. Game play is smooooooth, not glitchy/buggy, and very believable. I wish there was a Modern Warfare/COD game like this, but the western storyline is more than welcome change ..Good luck topping this one, you have got your work cut out for you. ALmost 5 star average with thousands of reviews is hard to beat..BUY IT you will be glad you did, and dont forget Im 50 years old..

Rockstar knocks it out of the park again with this game. I'm currently 10 hours in and enjoying every minute of it. The attention to detail is amazing.

This game perhaps starts out a little slow, especially when your expectations are set so astronomically high, but worry not, because the action picks up, and there are nearly endless things you can do. Its really fun to have a game where almost every decision you make has an affect on the rest of your ganeplay. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The story mode of this game is the best part of the game! Graphics look amazing and gameplay is really fun. The details they did on everything are incredible! From the settings, buildings, horses, and guns. It’s truly amazing! I’m having a hard time not playing every day. All those 1 star reviews for this game were all weak excuses. This games Rocks!!!

This game is a slow to start to setup the story but after that it rocks not sure what the guy was talking about open world u can explore and the is so much content the graphics are strong I can see why it took so long to make you feel like your playing a movie I did play GTA V I like this game much more the story is very well done online is up have not tried that yet still doing many things in the epilogue and I have had this since day one its a must buy

Good story, good graphics, plenty to do/earn/work towards etc; in single player story mode... however I’m disappointed in waiting years and years for this release for online multiplayer gaming and it has yet to come.

The best sixty bucks I've ever spent. The game has so much to do and I'm only twenty hours in. There are so many missions that you can do and its very detailed and thought-out. If you are worried that its too gorey or violent think again. Its only violent if you make it. Doesnt deserve the M 17+ rating, i think mature 13 year olds up can definately handle it. Buy it!!!

Probably one of the best games out there to be honest

Great game, Very similar to GTA which makes sense since it is made by the same company. Very different though at the same time, different story, characters, environment, etc. But the concept of moving around a "city" and having bounties and interactions, very fun game! would highly recommend.

This is hands down one of the best Rockstar games to date. Such an immersive world with countless places to explore. Rockstar did a great job in the details of the environments and realism. The controls are a bit awkward to learn at first. Highly recommend this to all platforms.

This game was amazing to play. Don't give me the wrong I hate the horses in this game, but at the same time the story was so good that I can easily overlook that. Multiplayer isn't in the game yet, but you'll be satisfied with this game especially if you enjoyed the first one.

Awesome game, great graphics, very fun! Looks & plays Best on Xbox X & I'm sure will be even better on Series X once they decide to series x enhanced it!!
