Awesome game, classic GTA-esque elements in the wild, lawless west. A refreshing take in a wold dominated by "futuristic" fps/battle royale types

If you were a fan of the original Red Dead like I was then you'll absolutely love this game. There's so much to explore in this massive open world, a slew of challenges and hunts to complete, interesting characters to interact with and learn about. The only caveat with the game lies in its actual gameplay, which at times can feel slow and sluggish thanks to Rockstar's almost ridiculous attention to detail. Thankfully it doesnt detract from the overall experience. The graphics are incredible and you can definitely tell the game was crafted with a lot of TLC over its long 8 year development, and that's just the single player campaign. Here's hoping the same amount of effort goes into the upcoming multiplayer mode.

RDR2 is visually one of the most beautiful games I have ever played and one of the most realistic games as well. The story line is amazing and Arthur, for all of his flaws, is one of the most likable characters that I have played in a long time. All of that being said, I have struggled at points to enjoy the game. There are a lot of teeny tiny aspects of the game that are slow, confusing, buggy, and much harder than they have to be. Sometimes these little issues pile up and occur all at the same time making me frustrated enough to just turn the game off and regroup later. It is a great game but if you buy this game you will feel obligated to love it even if you do not because the gaming community says you have to love it.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas, and he loves it. Best Buy tends to have some great deals on Black Friday for certain video games every year, and this was one of them for 2019.

A must play for any open world sandbox game fan. Excellent playability and quality that we’ve come to expect from rockstar. Don’t hesitate to pick this game up, even at full retail it’s worth it.

I had read reviews online that made RDR2 seem like the greatest game of all time, and they’re not far off. I’ve only had it a week and it’s definitely one of my favorite. Lots of variety and surprises

Idk why I didn't pick up this game a long time ago because I am a fan of Rockstars Games and projects. So far its been pretty awesome and I'm a big fan of the open world concept like fallout and elder scrolls. This one gives a wild west theme which gives me Clint Eastwood vibes.

If you're looking for a fast paced shooter this isn't for you. However this game is incredible, the attention to detail is top notch and makes you feel like you are living in the main characters world

You feel as every decision made influences the entire game. There is a living world within this game. I’m not sure if I’ll have enough time to explore it all but that’s where the fun is at.
