    I was thrilled when I was able to get this on sale. It came with the ball and 3 bands, excellent for a beginner. I am so happy I bought it, so many different exercise options with it.

    This is just a typical exercise ball and exercise band. It is expensive and doesn't come with a pump which is something that would be handy. You are just paying for the brand name.
