The guys at BestBuy helped when Samsung wouldn't.

I spent 6 months on the phone with Samsung trying to get a resolution to a door that wouldn't close properly. They sent crappy tech after crappy tech and I still had a busted door. Finally, I called BestBuy asking if they could help me get a new unit, and they said that even though I hadn't purchased the Geek Squad coverage, they agreed to send a Geek Squad member to see what could be done. He diagnosed one of the issues right away. After fixing that, another one had popped up. Had to come out a few times because they missed a small detail that made the first repair ineffective, but he stuck with it and I now have a fully functional refrigerator door. It took BestBuy and the Geek Squad 2 weeks to do what Samsung and their local techs couldn't do in 6 months. Well done Kurt, and thanks Geek Squad.

System works now

The best buy plan was great and easy to use. The only thing is the same day after the service one of the lights went out on the front of the freezer but it wasn't worth another charge to have a rep return to fix.

Great Service but...

On the other hand, he had to call into Best Buy technical service and had to wait for at least 15 minutes. Having the technician put on hold was a waste of time for all parties.

All Fixed Now

Great Service

The refrigertor sucks...
