I really like this thing, the jump scare games are awesome. Even watching shows in vr is pretty cool. Only problem I have had, is with focus issues if phone is not sitting correctly. Also my galaxy s6 edge overheats after about 30 min to an hr of play. Good thing is the program tells you this as it stops working and says to cool unit. This thing is a great entry into VR, it is better with controller, but the touch controls on the side work great.

This is easily one of the coolest things I've bought in a long time. Takes some time to get set up for the first time but once you set it up, it's a breeze to use. Apps seem to be added frequently and the VR experience is amazing

While the Gear VR is interesting in its effects, the graphics are uneven from app to app, and unless you are a gamer, not of much long-term value.

Got this on a deal of the day and that is the only reason I bought it. It is actually pretty cool. You have to follow the instructions exactly or it can be difficult. It is better than I thought it would be and is really dependent on the apps that you use for the effect. Can be difficult if you were contacts and are far sighted. Some apps appear closer than others so adjustments are necessary. One issue is that the phone can get very hot during use, thus limiting the use of the vr. Overall, satisfied with the product.

Lots of fun to use and a great upgrade from the original. Only con is you can't watch movies from Google Play with it.

This was purchased based on price, it is ok for the money, worked great on Netflix and Hulu, no headphones so a good set is a must, only weird thing is you do have to sit down and recalibrate every so often, keeps veering to my left. Do not expect it to last too long if you have young kids, mine was broken while mine tried to force his phone into the socket. Good thing is cheap enough.

I own the original Gear VR, and this upgraded edition has a better fit and seems lighter. The ability to easily charge your phone through the unit is appreciated!

The goggles are really cool, but the apps still lack a little something. Great deal for the price though.

VR.....Very Really fun. The kids love it. I received fast and packaged nicely. It came with a couple of additional pieces to fit my phones. Refurbished or not it works great. The product itself work great but you do need to get an additonal control for some of the application, which is why I gave e it a 4 star. Everything else is good i recommend it.

Save money and buy new one. It looks and run like normal in first 3 or 4 days but after that phone will heat very fast and display some bury images

got mine when it was on sale (refurbished) and happy with it. paired it with my s7 edge. wish it works with my note 4 tho. anyway, it's great better than the knock off cheap $20 pair. however, i wouldn't spend $99 on it. buy used or refurb like i did.

Got this as a refurbished deal of the day. Works fine but my g6 tends to heat up and the the thing shuts down. For the price was worth it.

Works great and hours of fun when using the VR apps. Been recommending it to others with Samsung phones and letting them get the feel of a VR experience.

Whomever repaired this device had no idea what they were doing, as they placed the wrong adapter in the box.

This VR headset works great and is a lot of fun to use. Had a cardboard headset before. It worked OK, but clearly this is how VR was meant to be.

But having tried htc vive, it is a bit disappointing. Of course it is 1/10th the cost, literally. Would be nice to see more educational and self improvement applicationsm

I was a little hesitant because I don't usually but refurbished items but this toy met all my expectations (and my husband's, since it's his gift). Great toy.

Great unit. Really good quality and works well. Alot of good VR content out there to get into.
