This laptop has everything you've come to expect and enjoy about a Hewlett Packard product. So I am surprised that I do have one little teensy gripe about it! And its certainly not the eyeblink speed of the i7 processor or the depth of the 16 G RAM and the vast 512G hard drive, no these are all as amazing as ever. No, its the computer's insertion hole where the power cord meets the unit. It does not like to remain tightly plugged in enough to give sure and steady charging. I have to keep a sturdy object against it like a big candy dish to keep the jack from falling away. I will be working along on my computer and then, oh goodness! I'll look down at my tiny battery power icon on the toolbar and it will read 25%! Or whatever, but it won't be charging and I will have to shove it into the candy dish a bit tighter.
There, that's all. Only complaint I have. Everything else is awesome.
