I use this computer for Protools home audio recording and it works great! I was a little worried about the refurbished thing but it saved me a lot of money. The machine looked brand new when I got it. No issues at all so far. Very happy with it!

Not as fast as I anticipated and only has option for one monitor ! Disappointed! I guess you really do get what you pay for !!!

Bought for classes and after a few upgrades use it for a little gaming. Not a lot of room in tower for upgrades.

Pleased with the quality for a refurbished computer

As soon as I bought this computer I notice how slow it was running but thought maybe just because it's booting up. Then I probably used it 5 times more and noticed it was still very slow. Yesterday I updated and restarted my computer and I got a blue screen that basically says my hard drive has crashed. I've ran it through multiple troubleshoots and nothing has worked. Now I'm stuck paying 500 dollars on my credit card for a junk product because they won't accept a return. Never buying refurbished again and taking all my business to AMAZON

Computer didn’t work properly had some defective hardware crashed about every 20-30 minutes ended up taking it back and getting a different one.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase! Super fast. No Bloatware. Comes with a year of Mcaffee Anti Virus pre loaded! Plus free shipping! I ordered mine on Wednesday and It came in only 2 days. As far as it being refurbished, it looks and works like it was brand new.

I labored over what computer to buy in this price range for schoolwork and some minor gaming, and eventually decided on this one. I could not be happier. It has served me well thus far (About a year and a half), and is showing no signs of stopping. One thing I would recommend, is that if you want to use this for gaming, swap out the graphics card (Maybe something like a GTX 1060 or 1050TI). After that you should be set. I cannot stress how wonderful this computer is. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a computer that is powerful for the price.

I got this pc for school and some mild gaming and was impressed, but the female microphone port on the back I/O was DOA. All it would do was send a loud static sound through the mic channel. That seems to just be a problem with mine though

Likely more computer than I needed. Gives options as you set up so can decline bloatware. Could not get enough internet speed to download Office, etc. Had updated monitor drivers but turns out also needed to update network drivers. FYI go to Windows button (lower left), device manager, network adapter, update each (12) choosing top option "search automatically ..." If you don't have enough WiFi speed to even do that, use a cable.

Purchased online in Jan 18. Arrived quickly and in good shape, and easy to set up. But when we first started up the HP Support app, our warranty had already been started and we were a month into it. Then, at the 93 day point, the graphics card bit the dust. Fortunately, the computer is usable without one, but that was a huge part of the value at $469. I've had other HP refurb gear last 5 years or more without problems... that was then... this is now.

I was stupid to try a pc again. My it died after 4 months and HP, Microsoft, and Best Buy all say it's out of warranty. Hundreds of dollars down the toilet. I will always buy Macs from now on.
