Very very comfortable and the massager is Awesome.

First, disclaimers: I work for Best Buy and I've only had this chair a short amount of time. I actually got this chair to try it because it was open-boxed and I got it at a reduced price. I got the brown one, but I imagine that there other colors are exactly the same. Pros and meh's: The setup is fairly easy. The back and sides attach, you plug in a few things, and you're good to go. The attachments are sturdy, and when they're on you wouldn't even know it didn't come in one piece. The material is fine, nothing super plush but it looks like it will hold up ok over time. The chair has a nice springy rock to it. It's definitely not a rocking chair, but if you wanted to move a little, you could (for like rocking a baby or whatever). The foot rest is spring loaded and deploys with a little lever; the back is locked in an upright position until the foot rest is extended. The position of the back support fits me just fine when inclined (for reference I'm 5'10") and it's comfortable enough to take a nap if I wanted. And the heating element on the lumbar portion is actually kinda awesome. Cons: The chair is not soft as it looks. If 10 is the softest cushions ever and 1 is as hard as a rock, I thought it was going to be a soft 7. It's more like a firm 4. Still comfortable, yes, and it may soften up as time goes on, but it's not a pillow right out of the box. Also, saying that this is a massaging chair is a bit generous. I was expecting some sort of hard rollers that moved around to literally massage your back. It's more like a bunch of vibrating motors that, well, vibrate at different intensities and times. You actually have a good amount of control on which motors you want to turn on thanks to the wired remote, but I can't say that the effect is a massage. Not really. It's like having a game controller or cell phone on vibrate under you... x100. But again, the heating element is great and if you aren't keen on the vibration you can turn that off. Also, another reviewer mentioned that the headrest is short, and I found this to be the case as well. It's fine in the reclined position, but seated upright my head won't rest on it unless I slouch quite a bit. If you're 6 foot or more this might be a little small for you. Conclusion: The price is what makes this chair worth it. You can go spend thousands of dollars on a massage chair and it will probably be way better than this; but if a few hundred is more your speed, this chair is actually pretty good. If it lasts more than a few years, I'll be very happy with the purchase. Worth it IMO.

It's great it did make a little sound like a screw was loose but I found out it was actually a zipper underneath it jiggling against itself, so I put a little piece of tape on it and whalla it was magic lol. Nothing quite like getting off work sitting in my comfy recliner, turn on the heat lean back relax and when I wake up it dinner time :) I really like it , lots of different settings, you need to just figure out what ones you like the most, I put it together in less than a minute, super easy.

Soft enough to sleep on. And the heat and massage help you through the bad days.

Great recliner for a great price. Enjoy the heat aspect and the massage abilities. I'm picky on recliners and I love this one. Easy to assemble. The seat needs a little softer cushioning in my opinion but I just fortify it with a pillow and it's perfect.

Purchased this for my husband. His back hurts so the heat and massage are perfect. He can sit in the chair run the massge and heat and feel his muscles begin to relax. The massage has different sections that you can use it on. He can sit in his chair relax and charge his phone and a controller to his game system.

This recliner is well worth the price. It is comfortable, especially with the heating and vibration options. Would purchase again.

This chair is easy to operate and the extra vibrate nodes in the food rest are a great benefit for diabetics with foot neuropathy. The only option that would make this chair better is if the recline was power. But for now, it is an excellent chair and easy to keep clean.

It's more comfortable than I expected. Vibration massage is not strong but with the heat, it does give you a comfortable relaxation.

I really love the chair it heats up great & the massage part is pretty good to the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the balls inside the chair that massage you are sometimes a little uncomfortable when you sit back in the chair & your not using the massage, but overall I love it.

Massage and heat features are great. NO complaints. Comfy and good sized, but not big man. Bigger than most small women's chairs. Love it.

Really like the massage and heat features of our new recliners. Very relaxing to an aching back after a long day.

I was very disappointed that best buy didn't deliver it. It was delivered to me. And I had to put everything together. Plus they told me they would take my old recliner and then called me later and said no. That cost me and extra $100.00. But I do like the heat & massage.

It is overall a great chair for the price. Good construction and overall comfortable. You can feel the metal vibrator pieces when they are not on so a little uncomfortable. The heat feels good and the massage isn’t bad.

I got this for my better half and he's small frame person so he didn't care for it,and it was his birthday present. So I ordered rocking chair only and he loves that. Sending the recliner with massage,heat etc.back it's very awesome but it's for him so he got rocker only he's happy so am I!

Bought this chair for my father in-law. Chair arrived 4 days early. Finally put it in the house and my father in-law didn’t notice it was his new chair. He complained that his chair didn’t have his blanket. He was told his daughters bought him a new chair for Christmas since his old chair was broken. New we can’t get him out of his new chair. He enjoys the massage and heating function. Excellent buy for the price

This chair is so great and the best thing is the USB port on the side. That means I don’t have to get up from it. But the built in massager and heat are too much for words! Do yourself a favor and get one.
