Possibly deffective

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've kept to Remington trimmers for 15+ years, and this is the first time I've been let down. Starting with the positive though, the trimmer/blades themselves worked fine. As for the rest, the large plastic adapter had a redesign from previous models where the combs are actually very flexible. I found that this actually made the whole trimming process slower. I actually ended up returning this product for the following two reasons. First, the running time was under ten minutes. Second, when I put it to charge, it would always show that the battery was fully charged. I don't know if it was the battery sensor or the battery itself that might have been defective, or both. I also don't know if it's a model issue or just a defective item because I was not able to exchange it for a new one due to being sold out.
