My very thick and wavy hair needs only the best performing flat irons to get the best results and this did the trick! I felt like I struck gold the day I found the "Remington-T Studio Purple" flat iron on sale, at Best Buy! This flat iron has floating tourmaline plates and reaches 450 degrees quicker than any of the higher priced, digital irons on the market. It leaves my hair feeling soft and silky straight for 10 days despite the humidity and heat here in South Florida. It has a basic heat adjusting dial and is easy to use. I've used many brands of flat irons in my day but Remington has always produced the best quality hair tools and they last for years. It blows the Chi and the Hot Tools brand irons and the prices are reasonable. I'm still so happy I found this on Best Buy's website the day it was on sale. Saving money makes me happy.:)

I have been looking for a new straightener for a little while now. I know it may not see like a big purchase for some people but after I had my son my hair totally changed it’s structure. I needed something that was going to be gentle on my hair as it is regrowing from postpartum hair loss . I am very much a review reader and I wasn’t disappointed when I chose this straightener. The other reviews were right! I also wanted something that I could use to give that loose curl look. This is great for that too! It is light weight, heats up very quickly which is perfect for a mom on the go. Great price too! I would definitely recommend this to others and buy the same one again if needed in the future.
