Absolutely the worst customer service ever. What happened to the Best Buy that I remember? Not once but twice they were a no show for a new home theater remote and programming service. The window is 7 to 7. Last Wednesday was cancelled cuz they scheduled geek squad instead of the specialized home theater people. Never bothered to let me know it was cancelled. Today I called at 9 am to get a closer ETA. Never got one. Then at 6:45 pm today the home theater company called me to tell me Best Buy screwed up again (something about not getting them the remote ) and they had to cancel. And waited almost 12 hours to tell me. I am so done with Best Buy.

I have a Harmony universal remote and purchased new equipment. In addition to the new equipment, I have a new service provider. The remote needed to be programmed to the new equipment.

This has been over a month ago and the “Techs” did a professional job setting our new components up for us. Excellent!

We have a stereo system, dvd player, cable box, sonos, and samsung TV so playing movies or watching TV is pretty complicated. We got the harmony for one touch use, then spent another large sum to get Geek squad out to program it. The geek squad guy was not able to make the harmony single control fully functional on my Iphone. Yes it is a bit easier than it was. No it does not make it really simple and the feature of Iphone compatibility, which I so badly wanted, does not work.
