    Thank heaven for GeekSquad! A technician came out within one week and set up my Harmony Remote. Now I have one remote for my TV, DVD, Sound System, & DVR.

    A few days after the technician checked out my system and made some slight adjustments, my VCR wouldn’t play on the system. This happened once before when Geek came at another time, but that was the record player that would not work through it. I paid a good deal of money for this system and it’s frustrating that it doesn’t work like it should.
