Geek Squad came to my home and effectively programmed the new Logitech remote control. After, he took the time to educate my wife and me to successfully use the new instrument. All of our questions were answered by the time he left.

The Geek Squad mounted my T.V. and set up my sound system to my Harmony Remote Control programming it all just fine.

Xfinity changed me to X-One so my universal remote no longer worked. William came to me and fixed the universal remote, explained how X-One works so I could follow it and changed how I get to my apps so that I could access Netflix, etc easier. He was awesome and quick.

Had a problem that was operator (me) error with our home TV Center. After a number of failed recovery/reset attempts, Geek Squad was scheduled to fix the problem. Chad showed up on time, was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful.

My husband and I recently moved to a new home and had to change cable companies. It was like going back in time. We could not get the TV to work properly with the sound bar and blue ray. The cable guy supposedly connected it all but it did not work. I contacted the Geek Squad. Robert came out and did an excellent job or programming and throughly explaining the remote. The Geek squad has always done a great job, they have little staff turnover and I get someone who is very experienced. In this case, they could only do what the remote was capable of, but it was better than before they got here.

This programmer consolidates the majority of remotes associated with the home theater, surround sound, cable and gaming experience. It is also compatible with some thermostats to assist you with your heating/cooling experience. Can be somewhat sensitive to the touch.

This truly is the answer to ONE remote that does everything! I can finally turn on/off all components, turn the volume up and down and manage my DVR all with one remote. And when I mess things up, as I often do, it just walks me through fixing it. The best thing ever!

The installer arrived on time. He was very thorough, helping us to choose the settings and the equipment we would want to control. When he finished (it took about an hour) we knew exactly how to use the remote. That was weeks ago and we have not had any questions or problems.

The Geek Squad tech not only set up my new tv, but also programmed my Logitech Universal Remote. And had everything operational. If I had tried to do it myself, it would have taken hours, he took one! I will definitely use Geek Squad again.
