The Geek Squad agent arrived at our home as scheduled. The whole process was quick and efficient--very well done. The Geek Squad Agent clearly explained how to operate the remote and we have had no issues. Very pleased!!!!!

The Geek Squad did a great job programming my new universal remote for my new home theater system. There's no way I could have done it myself. They programmed the remote so that it was very intuitive and easy to use.

This remote is more complicated than my old harmony remote. Still have to use Dish remote for some things. It is getting easier to use with time. Hope I will eventually be able to just use the Harmony instead of switching

This remote is pricy but it makes life easier when I'm not constantly searching for the many other remotes that are for the assortments of devices that I have for my tv. It takes time to learn but that comes with use. I asked for the best and I got it.

Works greatThis guys really know what they’re doing far more than I do it’s programmed and I use it although sometimes I push the wrong button’s that’s my fault not the geek squad they did a great job

We had 3 remotes that had to be programmed - Logitech Harmony 665. The whole process went very well, done quickly and efficiently. The GeekSquad Agent then explained everything and we have had no problems with any of them.

This would be frustrating if it wasn’t explained to me in depth by Dwane geek squad. Since no instructions come with it they claim it so easy. Dwane spent the time explaining all features now makes it easy.

When I made the appoint tment, it was on line. I tried to explain that I did not have a Harmony remote. After several conversations, I was advised to buy a different remote which I did. They came to set it up and left without a demostration about how the remote worked. The remote was very exoensive but it did not control our set up. Frankly I was dissapointed because Best Buy has always delivered for us in the past.

The Geek Squad connected all my devices and made sure they were working properly. Juan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Juan went over and above the customer service expectations.

This remote is easy to install and easier to use. No longer need separate remotes for dish, Blu-ray, soundbar and tv. very nice and not terribly expensive. I had the geek squad program it, but I really would not have to have it done by them.

The agents added our ROKU to our Logitech remote. We couldn't utilize this remote without the Geek Squad. Technology challenged? Call the Geek Sqad.

The Best Buy Geek Squad is the best! I would not be watching TV without them. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue. They were very professional and courteous As well.

The techs programmed my harmony remote without any problems and everything worked properly

Geek Squad member programmed Harmony remote control . Went thru all steps to program Harmony remote control with new channels. Also did all upgrades for the LG 65” smart tv.

I purchased the Harmony remote control as a replacement for SN older Harmony remote. A Geek Squad agent programmed the new remote.As a whole the programming is ok but at times I have problems with devices not powering up as they should.I have to continuously hold the watch tv button for the home theater unit to come on with sound.If the button is not held there will be picture with no sound.I questioned this and was told to keep the remote pointed at the system.That made no sense as the unit was on.I have you turn it off and restart to get sound. I'm not too happy about this as it was working as it should before the new remote was programmed. There was no fix recommended for this issue.

It took 3 visits, but they finally isolated the problem and set the stage for it to be fixed after I purchased another product. The remote works perfectly now, and that's what matters.
