Josh installed our universal remote in a timely and thorough manner. Upon his on time arrival, he realized that I had purchased the incorrect Universal Remote. Rather than leaving or rescheduling, he drove to the local Best Buy and returned with the correct model. He installed it and even updated system. For the first time in 5 years, our home theatre system works in a clear cut and easy manner! I should add I purchase the TV at a very high end store with very high end installation. None of it worked 100% until Josh and the Geek Squad installed this new remote. Thank you - I was very apprehensive to use the GS prior to this appointment. I will have no reservations next time. I had the Geek Squad out to my home to help me with my remotes, which I thought had stopped working. They hadn't and my agent fixed two remotes for two TVs within 10 minutes! But in doing so he pointed out that my “main” television was on its way out. I had wondered about it and without any presssure, he mentioned that televisions wer on special and he would try and find me a comparable set for a wonderful price! He did and he went to the store in Porter Ranch and picked it up and set it up completely and to my specifications within a very respectable time! I was thrilled! Great service reliable agents and good product! Thank you for being there for me!

The Geek Squad agents came three days after a terrible installation and helped us with all of the remotes on the 2 new TV's, a 40" and a 75", the sound bar and blue ray recorder. They also found some wiring errors and corrected them. The 2 agents were terrific!! They made the use of the remotes and devices so easy for us to understand! Again, THANK YOU for great service!! The remote control programming service went extremely well and as expected. The value for the service by being with total tech support was great and saved me a lot of hassle in attempting to program it myself. Quick and easy for Geek Sqad professional and super convenient for me! Highly recommended particularly if your not very tech savy or simply don't have the time or patience. Whatever the case, its a win for the home team! Absolutely love the remote by the way!

Geek Squad rep was on time and did an outstanding job in programming my Logitech Harmony Elite remote. I previously tried to program this remote myself but was only partially successful. My biggest challenge was getting the remote to control the volume of my Sonos Playbar. He solved that issue as well as programming remote to control my LG OLED TV, Cox HD Recorder, Samsung HDR Blu-Ray Player, and Apple TV. No longer need two different remotes and iOS apps to control my system. Well worth the money spent.

The Geek Squad Tech that programmed my Harmony was amazing and very knowledgeable. I had 5 devices and a Digital Switching device. He explained what he would be doing to keep me informed and then completed the tasks. He was extremely polite and took care to protect my new hardwood floors. I’m sorry that I can’t remember his name, but I hope that you follow through with him regarding my satisfaction.
I would recommend him to anyone that requires a great Geek Squad technician.

1. Geek Squad Techie arrived.
2. He went to work.
3. 45 minutes later I no longer had a problem.
Great service and he knew exactly what to do. He did a great job explaining how to use the master remote so that both my wife and I could use it. I should admit that we are both somewhat technically challenged.

The technicians were very professional and courteous. The install was not easy but the Technicians were familiar with the Sony Bravia 8. Great picture and install was professional done.

Can't imagine using anyone other than the Geeks to set up our electronic equipment. They are knowledgeable, usually patient to answer lots of questions, and willing to listen to what we need the equipment to do for us. Great service, and the salesperson at Best Buy can set up the appointment at time of purchase, too.

Bought a complete high end AV system back in '10 and had Geek Squad install. No problems... but just try to get a service call scheduled... HA- what a joke!! Because we are located outside of the "service area", the appointment cannot be scheduled via e-mail or phone... MUST be approved by mgmt prior to scheduling. This was the third time we have called GS to schedule service. Of course they want to get the "out of area" upcharge; I have no problem with that, but even after the upcharge is applied, the appt. STILL cannot be scheduled without mgnt approval. WHAT A BUNCH OF WHOOEY!!! The scheduling caused me to be on the phone and computer for at least three hours; and still, the scheduler had to call me back after hours to let me know when the appt. was scheduled. A great big runaround!!
FINALLY, when the tech arrived, he was courteous, and did everything we wanted and the system was reinstalled, upgraded, and reprogrammed as desired. No complaints AT ALL with the tech; just your poor excuse for a scheduling system!!!!
There is No reason to aggravate customers in such a manner, when all that has to be done, is to allow the appointment to be scheduled once the travel upcharge is applied, and paid for in advance.
Service is great - scheduling SUCKS!!!

My Geek Squad agent programmed my Harmony 650 Universal Remote in a matter of minutes. He made sure I understood how to use it for all my devices, then gave me his contact information so I can call him with questions or problems ( there have been none so far). The experience was painless and I am very happy with how this has simplified the enjoyment of using my electronics.

The Harmonyn Remote Install was a mess, I did not have an Account, the Geek Squad was AWESOME !!! They helped me do that. I had 6 units to hook up with no previous account,no cable,and so on....they had the knowledge,Cable and Not that much time till there
next appointment ,needless to say,they did it !!! AS always !! It was a real chalenge,since I did not have the required the parts,no fault of there's.I should explain, Harmony does not make a Remote anymore,E-Bay,Amazon ect in other words, off market......and expensive. GREAT JOB JIM !!! Come anytime.....they are absolutly the the best.....time,knowledge and experience.

After mounting our TV, and sound bar and hooking up all devices, they programmed the remote and showed us step by step how to use it. They made sure everything was correct by turning each scenario of devices on. This was our second Harmony remote!! Great to have makes life so much easier.

Our new televisions required programming of our harmony and we were concerned with the compatibility. The Geek Squad agent arrived and within minutes had the harmony programmed. She was able to program all of our needs with the one remote. The agent was awesome.
