Corey and Allen did a very professional job setting my harmony elite remote. I hope these techs are the ones who perform other geek squad jobs I may nave in the future

Bought a new Samsung QLED tv. Love the picture, hate the remote. Needed a replacement so I wouldn't have 5 remotes for all my gadgets. They did an excellent job in programming my new Logitech Hermon remote.

Agent synced my Harmony remote to my Samsung sound bar and eliminated the Bose I replaced..Excellent job and so detailed there was no way I could have done it myself.

The harmony remote works fine. It's easy to use. The geek squad set it up and explained it to me in an easy to understand manner. It does not integrate voice commands with the Comcast X1 platform, but it does make everything easy

I have used a Harmony Universal remote for about ten years. I love it. But it got old and was starting to fail, so I bought a new one. Perfect! Fast and easy Geek Squad install. Best of all, one remote for all my devices!

Geek squad was great! They patiently showed me how to us the Roku on all the televisions that they set this up on , and mounted to the wall two of the televisions. They were very kind !
