The Geek Squad member was fantastic! He easily set up our tv remote & explained how to use it so our family could understand! Now we are beyond happy we can all use just ONE remote for our television!

The Geek Squad member that came to fix our remote was very knowledgeable about our remote and other equipment related to our TV. She had us up and operating better than ever, thanks to her experience and knowledge!

The techs were courteous and politely listened to my issues with the Harmony program. I thought it was an issue with the programming of the remote. Very quickly the techs tested the receptacle plug and found the plug was ‘dead’ and moved the plug to another spot. They then reviewed all the remotes programing. Before they left they recommended a replacement surge protected plug receptacle. The $150 visit was pricey but I would never have thought to test the plug. Bravo

The agent programmed our new remote and resolved an issue we had been having with sound on Amazon. He was very considerate of distancing and wearing appropriate mask etc.

We have used the Geek Squad to install whatever technological products we buy. The set-up of this universal remote was efficient and cost effective. The GS installer was patient as he gave us a tutorial on our new 'toy'.

Very convenient to have. All my components are connected to one remote. The only difficult part is the screen is small. The buttons are difficult to see without a light. It takes a few weeks to familiarize yourself with the request on the remote. If you want to play TV, you have to press one button, to listen to DVR lists, press another button, music, another button. and so on. Some of the requests become tricky & you have to focus. Once you familiarize yourself , the requests become easier.

The programming of my Harmony remote hadn't kept up with new equipment purchases. It took the QS waaay less time to make the changes than it would have taken me...and it worked the first time!

This remote replaced 6 different remotes i was using for my flatscreen, surround-sound, bluray, and stereo system. It was getting hard to keep track of which remote do I use for which item. this remote works ALL with one remote. love that
