This remote replaced 6 different remotes i was using for my flatscreen, surround-sound, bluray, and stereo system. It was getting hard to keep track of which remote do I use for which item. this remote works ALL with one remote. love that

Just had it delivered. TV is sharp. Good looking. Looks like art work. Works well. Picture is good. Serves the purpose I bought it for.

The agent came and re-programmed my Harmony device so I could again use to control my home theater.

Unit is easy to use if set up correctly. Seemed to work fine while installers were here. Unit is over 7 years old, and we had no problems until we changed tv's and had it reprogrammed. Geek Squad will be coming out to fix the problems.

The Geeksquad package deal is fantastic! I had son many small and large issues corrected by my Geeksquad professional! I am very pleased with the knowledge and know how of these guys.

First agent that set up Harmony was good. After two months I was having problems with the remote and had to have the Geed Squad come back. They told me there would be no charge for the home visit. WRONG. They charged me another $50 for a house call. This agent made changes from the first agent and I have had problems with the remote every day since second agent left. Sorry I ever bought this remote. Great when it works though. To call and make a complaint is just useless.

Installed and educated users... Probably harder than the install

The service I purchased was a re-programming of my programmable remote. The Geek Squad tech arrive on time and got right to work. Added some upgrades in addition to the re-programming. Was well worth the money paid for the service.

Geek Squad set up our new universal remote so that my husband can easily operate the tv and all the associated devices.

initally, the geek squad set up the magnolia system and typed out specific instructions on how to operate each unit. However, they failed to hook up the antenna to the tuner and i have not been able to listen to the radio on FM until yesterday. After much pleading , being on hold 20plus minutes, hung up on a couple times, ignored by the manager of the geek squad (Sander) in person. writing to corporate. I finally got an antenna no charge, installed no charge. The geek squad have always been very nice, respectful; cannot expound on thoroughness.

The agents arrived on time, were very professional, and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly.

Geek Squad Rep was fantastic and very knowledgeable. However, there is an issue with my programming. He is able to fix each time. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They programed my new logitech remote to exactly match the one I was replacing. It did take a couple tries but my entertainment system is very complex.

The Geek Squad was knowledgeable and were able to solve several problems that resulted from changing service providers. They provided a cell phone number for follow up if necessary. They could not have been nicer.

The agents revised the existing set up of our TV and the various remotes we have. They were able to have one remote that controls everything.

Perfectly installed (mounted) our tv and sound bar and did an excellent job of explaining the about our wireless remote, he was very knowledgeable and gave us some good tips and advice.

The agents mounted my tv and set my remote control with no problems. Just make certain you get actual Geek Squad team as opposed to Best Buy sending a 3rd party.
