I have a logitech 900 remote and had the geek guys reprogram it for my Samsung 4k bluray DVD player. All functions are working fine, gotta love the geek guys , worth the money as far as I'm concerned.

The agent came and had my remote program to 3 devices and less then 20 minutes.

Programs our remote to use on TV, stereo, DVD surround sound. Showed us how to use answered all our questions. Very professional.

The harmony remote controls multiple pieces of equipment and the Harmony remote manages them all.

Harmony Remote Control Programming instrument was the least expensive we found. It works perfectly well. We thought it was a bit too complicated for us to do ourselves for Multi-media smart TV and opted to call on our Geek Squad. We have a yearly subscription to the Geek Squad and have utilized them many times over the years for both personal and business use. They are always on time and provide text messages for their schedule, and they stand by their work. Wouldn't leave home without them ; )

The techs were great, unfortunately they were not able to program the remote due to it not being supported by Logitech anymore.

The Geek Squad Tech that came out to program my Harmony had it totally done in less than an hour. I had nine devices that had to be configured into 5 program schemes. They all work. Great job!

This is a great remote for controlling all applications and other devices hooked up to the TV. Tech who installed this was great and showed us how to work the remote before he left.

Technician came in and was very professional, gave me a tutorial on how to operate the remote. Still learning the features and happy with the install.

Received the all in one remote, Geek Squad came out to program it. Now watching football, basketball and movies with the ease and convenience of a one touch control. Love it!

If zero stars were offered, that is how I would have rated the service. Aside from a pleasant experience scheduling the service, everything went downhill from there. The tech called the night before arriving to inform me that if a computer were required to set up programming, it would have to be my computer, as his was locked down. When he showed up, he entered with snow-covered boots and tracked melting snow all over my just-finished hardwood floors. The entire service was looking at my Logitech remote, attempting a soft reset, and declaring it needed replacement. The technician did not try any of the suggested fixes listed on Logitech's website at a minimum. Totally wasted my money that I would have instead spent on a product from your company, versus a totally inferior service.

The agents professionally installed our TV without a problem. The installation was done on time and our agents politely answered all of our questions and concerns.

The agent completed the service quickly and with expertise. This was the best agent visit I ever had.

I have had my membership with the Geek Squad for several years now. Have had to use them on occasion and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Since I just bought an entire new TV and Bluray system I decided to hire them to setup and install it all. They spent over an hour with me setting it all up and explaining how to work it all. I also have a Harmony One master control and they set it all up for me. I am not a 'techie' so I never knew how to utilize the full capabilities of it. They set it up for me so it now controls everything and I never have to have more than one controller now. It does things that I never knew it could do. Way to go Geek guys!!!
