My remote seem to lose some of it’s programming, and the tech returned, reprogrammed the remote, and fixed my problem with the remote. It works fine.

Set up Logitech remote to make it easy to watch TV, listen to music from the CD player and watch DVD movies.

The installer was very nice and polite. Had a lot of patience. He came when he said he would and before suggesting this remote tried to get ours from Direct TV to work on all the components.
