Had new tv installed and geek squad reprogrammed my harmony remote to operate all my components.

My problem is with the harmony logitech unit. The mute button stoppedworking on it, And that too means that I’ll have to buy another logitech soon and it’ll cost me another hundred dollars to get the unit working. After buying everything at Best Buy I resent constantly having to pay for a service Which should’ve been included in the first buy. The geek squad is really excellent in that every person sent to me has done really well. It’s the breakdown of the minor unit like the logitech that makes me angry.

We love this remote. Need a little fine tuning. They got it working perfectly. They are one of the reasons we buy at Best Buy.

New Harmony remote is all it's cracked up to be. Geek Squad recommended it while installing new TV, Sound Bar, and Blu-Ray. Takes the place of 4 remotes and is easy to operate. Very satisfied.

Great job programming Harmony remote and X finity remote

Logan was THE most knowledgable geek squad agent! He came promptly accessed the problem and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Very impressed with Logan. However VERY disappointed in the changes to the total tech services. Not what I initially signed up for even though geek squad has no problem automatically renewing my total tech contract for another year.

The agent did a great job reprogramming the Harmony remote after dumping my cable boxes. Everything works again.

it is a decent controller although at times it gets stuck in modes and you have to cycle through the help process. I have been told by the team that it better to spend the extra money on the next level up remote which as more features but again I didn't need all these features so went with the less costly model. The programmer from Geek was excellent and would recommend that service to set it up.

the agents who came fixed the problem promptly. However, the one on chat totally screwed up the remote by having me generate a harmony account. He couldn't even answer the questions that I was asked when trying to fix the remote. I do not feel we should have had to pay for his inability to be able to communicate and his lack of knowledge with our remote! That is not acceptable and it is NOT okay!
