Scott and his assistant did an excellent job completing the change of my Universal remote from Directv to Dish.

the agents who came fixed the problem promptly. However, the one on chat totally screwed up the remote by having me generate a harmony account. He couldn't even answer the questions that I was asked when trying to fix the remote. I do not feel we should have had to pay for his inability to be able to communicate and his lack of knowledge with our remote! That is not acceptable and it is NOT okay! Dissatisfied with his servie totally

I had a list of minor items to ask, many simply learning how to use my new configuration. All questions were answered.

Got a new TV and new features so the Logitech Harmony needed some programming updates. Geek Squad set it all up the right way and the way I wanted it.

I had added some new equipment and needed to have my Harmony remote reprogrammed to make everything function like I wanted. He did the job quickly and did it right.

When the 2 agents came they were well organized with one assembling the new “stand” for the older tv while the other one worked unboxing the new one one and prepared it to mount. I had thought it would take about an hour and they were done in about 30 minutes. Everything was picked up and taken with them. They were very receptive to my questions and gave me a overview of the features of the new tv. I will request them the next time I need a Geek Squad.

Geek Squad is always on time & helps educate consumer about how to best use the product they purchased by just doing their job. Great Tech support and knowledge.

it is a decent controller although at times it gets stuck in modes and you have to cycle through the help process. I have been told by the team that it better to spend the extra money on the next level up remote which as more features but again I didn't need all these features so went with the less costly model. The programmer from Geek was excellent and would recommend that service to set it up.

The tech upgraded our system and our Harmony remote; but other issues with the TV are still open and awaiting further corrections

The gentlemen who came out to set up our system - 75" TV, universal remote, sound bar, DVD player, and cable box - were amazing! They came in and got started immediately. They were so efficient and completed the work beautifully! They carefully gathered up all the boxes and materials and took it with them. Once everything was hooked up, they made sure Prime and Netflix were connected and then took time to show me how the universal remote worked. I can't say enough good things about this service
