Geek Squad's in-house residential service crews are always highly professional and polite while being friendly and extremely helpful. I have had Geek Squad install televisions, remote controls, troubleshoot printer and laptop - wifi and Bluetooth issues with successful outcomes every appointment. Scheduling Geek Squad service appointments is easy online and their customer service over the phone is fast, friendly, and always a positive experience.

The tech, Thomas, did a great job and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. The GEEK Squad automated contact system is shameful for an electronics company!

Dealing with separate remotes for each various action was too complex. One remote that does all the needed functionality and “learns” as we go is great!

The agents did install the TV. The salesperson did not ask if we had a surround system which we did so the delivery people could not program TV to Harmony sound system. We had to wait for geek squad to come program TV and was a additional charge to do so. For the high price of the delivery and the installation of the TV it was not professional to charge the additional fee. The salesperson should of told us this at time of sale. From purchase of TV to complete installation was over three weeks.

Geek squad did a great job programming my remote and correcting some errors so it controls all my entertainment system.

Everyone who has more than one component should consider buying a Logitech remote. User friendly and eliminates having to use multiple different remotes. Even my husband can use it!!

Eliminates all remotes. Holds up to 10 theatre system controls. Perfect. Plus Geek Squad programmed it in far less time than I could have done it.
