The Geek Squad guys installed my Universal remote and the new receiver and helped us with how to use it ..They are great .

X7 is for all. We also purchased the X7 indirect bact door devise that allows the remote to operate without having to point the remote.

The remote works beautifully and maybe it is because the television works without problems!

The technician did a great job of diagnosing our problem and then adjusting our Harmony remote so that changing from TV to Movie to Netflix is quick and easy.

They arrived on time and were able to add new device to the remote. They also added Disneey to the lineup on the TV.

If programmed correctly, this remote is well worth the money. One remote for all your electronics.

I’ve had a harmony universal remote for about 15 years and love it. Figured it was time for a new one. Concept is great. But the new one has too many buttons and features. Buttons and controls are very small and close together. Hard for bigger hands. The screen is very small too which makes it hard to see without glasses. My biggest concern is that if I want to change out any of my equipment, I’ll have to pay geek squad to come back and reprogram it since I am not good at that stuff. Last one held up so I’m hoping this one will too.

I love it.. when wrong buttons are selected it will correct itself when you ask for help,. The best thing I have ever bought.!!!!!

Both men were careful in setting up the Harmony wand. They answered all questions and set up all devises as needed.

I really find that programming the universal remote to accommodate the features of the TV, sound bar and DVR to be extremely helpful and a time saver.

This is great for my husband. He was always asking me to fix the tv because someone shut it down wrong or the different electronics got out of whack. Great stuff
