I had not been able to use my Harmony remote for years and this technician worked for over an hour to sync all my devices. Its now wonderful

Although it took three different people to come out and program our remote to work with our system it turned out awesome and worth the wait.

They hooked up my TV perfectly to the remote. I need to get them to come back out to change some of the settings to get 4k but they really make it easy.

The agents programmed the Harmony Remote control and provided education on how to use the remote.

The agents had to re program my remote and add on a new HDMI CORD. GREAT SERVICE

I had Tom from geek squad set up our remote and as always he exceeded our expectation in professionalism as well as how quickly he was able to finish set up.

The program guy did a good job explaining what he was doing and was professional. He told me he would come back if problems occurred after he left. .I called 3 times times and left messages, but he never responded. I got a new box from Charter as he recommended, but have to switch to "Input" every time I do certain functions, as he wouldn't answer my voice mail and come back and fix it.I can't switch channels on the second TV without walking up to it and aiming close, which defeats the purpose of paying $100.

The Techs came out and determined that I had reprogrammed my Harmony remote correctly except for a minor issue. They gave me some quick directions and I was able to get it to work. And they did not charge me for the advice.. It took just about 5minutes from the time they walked into my house.
