Programmed my new TV to my remote and existing devices. Seamless.

Professional, timely and had all the tools and parts to get the job done right the first time.

Needed two trips by Geek Squad Technicians to complete the programming of the Logitech Harmony One Remote.Both technicians were very polite and tried their best to integrate all of the functions of my Home Entertainment system with my new LG OLED televisoin. The second technician was most knowledgeable and provided the exact set-up needed.

Got new cable box. Needed to get universal remote reprogrammed to match. Called your geek squad home entertainment division to do so.

The service technician who programmed my logitech remote was very professional. He explained how to use the remote in a clear and patient manner.

The Harmony TV remote had previously not been programmed properly and they got it completely fixed.

I had to make 2 appts to have universal remote re-programmed. Each appt I explained my schedule, and each time I was placed at the end of the morning route, which would have made me late to work. Once the service occurred, it was quick and efficient. We love the surround sound, but any time there is a change in cable service, we will have to call Best Buy Geek Squad for re-programming. It would be nice to be able to do that remotely or on our own. Also, we thought that since we were Elite members, that service calls would have been covered.
