Got new remote had Greek Squad to program all device to new remote. Did a excellent job on remote. Love these people!

this is a good remote but is antiquated as I bought it about 5 years ago. I may buy a new one so I can control the smart TV with it

The Squad set up and mounted 3 TV's (55', 65" and 75") along with Sonos soundbars on two, and then provided detailed instructions on how to operate all the TV's and the Sonos system. Very professional, and done in a timely manner.

The two tech's seemed very knowledgeable, pleasant personalities, and went out of their way to confirm we were satisfied with the service call.

Our Harmony remote was programed perfectly and we were shown how to operate it

The gentleman who helped me was kind and did not belittled me for not knowing how to work the tablet. He was knowledgeable and I was able to ask dumb questions and was not judge for not knowing. A few times I got hands-on instructions which will be very helpful in managing the tablet. Overall experience was nice and I feel that I can get future help from the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Get this universal remote. The ease and use of this remote with all the different components that I purchased is outstanding.

After Harmony was programed properly the remote works great, turns all the components on and off the way they should. This is worth the price

Louis did a fantastic job of finding the problem and fixing what was wrong with the remote. I would give him 5 stars but I realized after he left all the channels say unavailable> This means I do not have a guide. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I tried to rectify the problem on the phone, and I was cutoff twice. The missing star is for Total Techs phone customer service system.

I was very pleased with the programming now my husband and I have only one remote control to use and it operates everything.

Got new cable box. Needed to get universal remote reprogrammed to match. Called your geek squad home entertainment division to do so.
