Excellent customer service ,very knowledgeable and pleasant rep,would highly recommend !

My remote was stuck on one channel and could not be turned off. I had to unplug the TV in order to turn it off. Service person came in and using the remote corrected the problem. Although I don't know why it happened in the first place as I went to turn it off one evening and it would not go off nor could I change channels.

The Geeks have always done all our set-ups, and like always, this was great!

Bree did an excellent outstanding job! She called before she came to keep me updated as to her arrival time. This was very considerate. Her technical knowledge allowed her to solve the problem immediately and she also gave me some pointers to help me out with the Harmony software for future use. Additionally, she is pleasant and easy to talk to.

Glad we had the Geek Squad to program it! Otherwise, I would have returned it. Works great though!

The agents programmed the Harmony remotes expertly and instructed us in their use.

I use this remote control to access my 4K TV, my smart TV, my 4k Samsung DVD and my CD player, it works very well.

Sammy is incredible on how knowledgeable he is with programming thre Logistics remote and programming ôur TV to work with it. Sammy was incredible, exceptional, caring, and listened. He even went back to the store 2 bring me back 2 more pieces 2 pieces of hardware to get this programmed, showed me how to use it, and was incredible in meeting my needs. He went above and beyond.

The Squad set up and mounted 3 TV's (55', 65" and 75") along with Sonos soundbars on two, and then provided detailed instructions on how to operate all the TV's and the Sonos system. Very professional, and done in a timely manner.

Arrived on time and did a good job. Could have spent a little more time on the basics like when you turn on keep pointed at TV.
