Geek Squad got our tv working again and showed us how to reset it.

Geek Squad did a great job of programming our new Harmony remote.

Best buy Geek Squad did a very professional job on adding features to my Elite remote. Very satisfied.

He made sure everything worked correctly. Even things on the remote I don't use!

After 6 weeks of daily use, I must say that the Harmony Remote is hard to use, substantially slower to make changes, and required two trips out by Geek-Squad to completely program. It does control EVERYTHING, game console, blu-ray, receiver, Spectrum DVR and television. But the Spectrum remote does all but the game, and if much faster and easier to use!

Tech set-up the remote added and fixed my problems. All is great!!

We were not informed of the Harmony remote until our TV and sound bar and blue ray player were being installed. The sales people should have/could have informed us of this availability and saved us the additional installation fee. Over all, the experience in buying our home entertainment equipment was a bust. I love the products we selected, purchased, and had installed. However, my satisfaction with the way our purchases were handled is very, very, very low.

The squad person who came did a very good job.....explained it all to my satisfaction.

Always works. No issues with signal line of sight ect. Does it all . Handles multiple devices effortlessly.

Need to keep remote pointed at tv until everything goes through Response is slow. Otherwise it's awesome

I purchased the LogicTech Harmony remotes in the past and returned them because I had trouble programming them. The Geek Squad agents knew not only how to set them up but how to explain how they can be used effectively. Now I love these remotes. I have one in my family room and another in my game/music room. The agents did a great job.

They was able to program everything we use and go over the remote wrote leaving
