I have not found any faults,very good remote would recommend it to anybody

After first getting told where to find the cleaners, sales person finally came back to check on me. I had to probe for the information about the products--finally he took me back to the TV/stereo dept where the sales guy there gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. Didn't like the initial "drop Off"--I want to showed personally and told the product info from the start

If zero stars were offered, that is how I would have rated the service. Aside from a pleasant experience scheduling the service, everything went downhill from there. The tech called the night before arriving to inform me that if a computer were required to set up programming, it would have to be my computer, as his was locked down. When he showed up, he entered with snow-covered boots and tracked melting snow all over my just-finished hardwood floors. The entire service was looking at my Logitech remote, attempting a soft reset, and declaring it needed replacement. The technician did not try any of the suggested fixes listed on Logitech's website at a minimum. Totally wasted my money that I would have instead spent on a product from your company, versus a totally inferior service.

Our installers were excellent. They worked hard until they were able to get all the devices communicating.

Had one before this one,works great.So nice not to have 4 or5 remotes on the table.

All of my devices were programmed through my Bose system. Works like a charm.

He arrived timely and reprogrammed my remote which unfortunately is no longer a priority product in the line. He was unable to add features that were included in previous releases of the software for this model, but did the best he could do. I'm disappointed the software doesn't include features that I enjoyed.

Geek squad does a great job at doing exactly what's needed to get the job done..

We usually use Geek Squad for delivery and install of large screen TV's and did so for our 65"HD TV. We also had purchased a new receiver and we have a Bluray player as well as an IPod cradle for a home multiroom speaker system. All equipment needed to be connected and our Harmony IR remote programmed. Geek squad was wonderful working quickly and efficiently to get everything working properly.

Geek squad Was on time and he knew what he was doing. Didn't take much time to complete

I purchased Logitech Harmony Elite Universal Remote for my home theatre and Geek Squad programmed it. They did a good job programming and it worked fine while the tech was there. I later had some issues and the tech had to come back and re-program. This remote has been difficult to learn and use.

I have had other universal remotes but be because of recommendation of Best Buy, I purchased Harmony remote.Heather and Connor from Geek squad in crosslands plaza Best Buy, programmed this remote to control my new receiver, TV, spectrum cable and blu ray player thru this remote. They trained us on how to use it. They did a great job and are fantastic.
