It's nice to have so many items all connected to the use of one isn't life great?

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to our harmony remote although the remote signal is too weak to power up the tv. Chris worked very hard to get things right for us. He was very helpful.

I would highly recommend this feature to those that are using three or more remotes with their tv/stereo system. I should have included this feature from the start, but originally thought it was an extra cost that I could live without. Now I use one remote and it feels like a luxury compared to the three remotes that I had to deal with previously.

Service tech was prompt and gave great service and installation

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my system. Agent took the time to replace a cable that had been cobbled together causing picture issues so we have the best picture the new TV provides.

Would definitely recommend this product. So easy and convenient to use.

The Geek squad is fantastic. They are totally professional and extremely knowledgeable. But best of all they do their work as if they were doing it for their own family. I'm threatened by all technology, but this Harmony is a simple fix for my new TV. It is a small remote, perfect for my hand size. The "screen" lets me choose what to watch -- live TV, Smart TV, DVD -- just by touching. I can set up my favorite channels on a different screen, and even I can help myself with the Menu screen.

The first technician arrived and did most of the programming as expected. He then told us he would be back next day to add programming for missing components next day and gave us a window. He never arrived. We were left waiting when we should have been elsewhere. NOT GOOD. We had to call and rebook which took additional days and TIME. The issue finally resolved by second tech.

Geek tech was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the remote.
