Love having to use one remote to listen to music, watch TV and PS3 system.

The agents who put in my 75”TV were fast and professional Also i had them installed my Arlo pro.to this very day I have Never had any problems with my system having it professionally Installed gives me pice of mind it’s well it ! Thank you Geek Squad!

We are very happy with the remote control programming

John from the East Stroudsburg Bestbuy is the only Geek squad technician i use. He is very knowledgeable about today's electronics. John from Bestbuy is the guy when it comes to your home/ electronics installations.

They programmed the remote and explained everything

Ordered the Harmony Remote from Best Buy, set up a time with the Geek Squad. Could not be happier with the final result. They did a great job with the set up, then explained how it worked. They also showed me how they programmed it. After seeing that, I felt it was the right choice. My family is super happy with the end result.

They hung my tv and reprogrammed the universal remote. After they reprogrammed it and were dialing in my receiver, the sound quality of my home speakers is outstanding. So glad I decided to have them do that.

The agents were on time and polite. Their reprogramming worked well except that a few weeks later I began to have trouble turning off the TV. I now use the Sony remote to do that.

Awesome remote and definitely recommend for high end equipment

I have two harmony remotes. They are so much better than the factory TV set remotes and the remotes that Dish or DirecTV provide. The Harmony was difficult to program for me so since the geek squad was going to calibrate my new TV it was worth it for my to have them do it. I find the harmony much simpler to use with the screen and far fewer buttons

We already had a Harmony but needed to have an update based on all the new installations that were being made to our entertainment system. We love the Harmony and have used one for about 12 years now. It's great not having many remotes (one for each piece of equipment or cable company). Would recommend the Harmony to everyone with many pieces of equipment!!
