They programmed the remote and explained everything

My Harmony Remote was installed 2 years ago but have had cable problems where the cable box would go out of sync with the tv. The Geek technician was able to trouble shoot the problem within 1/2 hour and reprogram my remote. The Geek Squad annual contract was definitely worth it!

Love having to use one remote to listen to music, watch TV and PS3 system.

Ordered the Harmony Remote from Best Buy, set up a time with the Geek Squad. Could not be happier with the final result. They did a great job with the set up, then explained how it worked. They also showed me how they programmed it. After seeing that, I felt it was the right choice. My family is super happy with the end result.

My Geek Squad agent, Tom, seems to have the ability to make anything work! He faced a 55" Sony flat-screen that was incompatible with the wall mount, but he didn't give up until he had every in place and working togther.

I was very happy I hired the Geek Squad installer to program my Logitech Harmony remote. He got it done very efficiently. He explained what he did and how we would use it to interface with the rest of our equipment. It was our first experience using Geek Squad and I will definitely use them again.

The technician mounted my 32inch TV. However, it was listed on his work order, those I called to have it done 4 times, in conjunction to program IMG my harmony remote.

Awesome remote and definitely recommend for high end equipment

I have two harmony remotes. They are so much better than the factory TV set remotes and the remotes that Dish or DirecTV provide. The Harmony was difficult to program for me so since the geek squad was going to calibrate my new TV it was worth it for my to have them do it. I find the harmony much simpler to use with the screen and far fewer buttons
