Sometimes it is not worth the trouble to re-educate oneself on the programming of the remote control each time you change cable providers or get new home entertainment equipment. It is worth my time and a few (~$100) dollars to have the GeekSquad come in an do it quickly and well!

BALANCED HOME THEATRE SYSTEM - SOUNDS GREAT. SET UP THE NEW 82" QLED TV VERY WELL (AND FAST!) DID NOT CHANGE OUR HARMONY REMOTE SYSTEM TO DELETE AT&T AND RE-PROGRAM AS DISH HOPPER 3. QUITE ISAPPOINTED.

Great Service Tech (Gab) , he was very helpful, we are Not Techie folks .. Made sure we understood what & why he was doing things..it was actually a real pleasure to have him work on our stuff... Try to keep this guy on your Best Buy Service Team...cuz he's a keeper !!

The agent reprogrammed my remote to my tv. Quickly and efficiently and with a pleasant demeanor even though it was late in the day.

Logitech Harmony Elite remote is great when it works but when it receives downloads, or the AV components do, you can lose connectivity. It took the Geek Squad agent 40 minutes to reprogram. He was on time, courteous, and did exactly what I hoped for.

A great team who handles the work efficiently, and most important made the installation so customer friendly with their professional yet personably manner. They knew the product well, worked well together, and left up very happy with their work and the overall experience. Great job!

Once you purchase the remote, it has to be programmed to control all of your component devices. The Geek Squad took care of that. The Tech did a great job. They have been trained for that job. Made it look quick and easy. If you are somewhat technical , you can also program the remote.

The universal remote has failed for a second time.I recommend the Geek Squad Service. The universal remote gets an A for what it does but a D for reliability Logitech Harmony One Advanced Universal Remote (Discontinued By Manufacturer)

I love my Harmony remote. The GS did it all to get me up and running with it.

He wasn't able to tell me if my contract would be extended, because I was trying to get this done since early March. It was delayed, because of the Virus. Will the contract get extended for the lost time?

The various websites say you can program a Logitech remote yourself. I found it NOT so easy. Geek Squad person was excellent and did the deep dive menu to set mine up. They are worth spending the money if the equipment you want to use is important to you.

It was costly but my system is working great! I'd recommend the Geek Squad to my family and friends. I was saddened to find that the Silver Elite service no longer offers discounts to this level of buyer for the Geek Squad. I paid 3 x the price for the same service I got 3 years ago!

Anthony is fantastic. He is very conscientious and patient. I am a Sr. Who is technically challenged and he has made my life easier as he is always a phone call away.He always solves the problem

YOU NEED A TECH TO PROGRAM THIS CORRECTY, IF YOU ARE TECH SAVY YOU MIGHT TRY IT. IF A GEEK TAKES AN HOUR AND HALF TO LINK EVERYTHING HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE YOU ? I ALSO WOULD TAKE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS THINGS HAPPEN - AS THEY DID WITH ME.

Geek Squad contractor came and quickly corrected a problemthat was preventing full function of the harmony device. It works perfectly now.

Could have been better. The remote was programmed changed over from the existing TV to the new TV, still some glitches that I am working through myself.

The Geek Squad programing of my universal remote was something I could not have done on my own. He consider myself to be understanding of tech, but this was more complicated than I would have thought. Great service!

Squad mounted a TV and disassembled and reassembled all my A/V equipment. They were prompt and courteous and did everything in a professional manner. Very customer oriented.
