I was concerned that setting this device would be difficult since I have set up universal remotes in the past. Turns it out, it is very simple to do, but still glad I paid for this service.

Geeks David and Dillon were great. They were knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They patiently took time to make sure we knew how to work our new system

He knew what he was doing. I couldn’t have had a better experience. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and so nice.

The installer (Jeff) did one outstanding job and eliminated all of the potential headaches for installing the system purchased. Sure, you pay for it but, land sakes, what a relief. If you are limited with installation of electronics then DO GEEK SQUAD. Money well spent.

The 2 Geek Squad people we had do work over the past month were terrific. The one time that a contractor was sent to do a GS set up was horrible and the they did not know what they were doing . Make sure you get the real GS person or you may be disappointed.

The Geek guys installed the mount and T. V. The were real pros. Knew the TV and adjusted the settings. Went above and beyond.

Everything was programmed correctly! Would definitely use again.

Installer was ontime - courteous to his assistant and very helpful. Both of them wore shoe covers into our house and were very respectful to us. They used terminology during their instruction that we could understand. I would definately recommend the Geek Squad to anyone.

Geek squad came out right on time. They set up our TV and taught us all about it. They were very friendly and efficient. The next week they brought us a universal remote and got that going as well. Very good team!

I have had many services over the year. This Geek service was one of the best. Professional, personal and detailed. Left clear step by step instructions. Noted each change and setting. Listened well. And he tested the system after saying it was OK. Many do not do that. Good Job!

The installation service was excellent. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They very patient when explaining the operation of our equipment and provided their cell phone numbers in the event that we should have questions at a later date.

Agents did a great job. I had most of it already done, so when they got here, they actually just told me what I should look out for. They spent a lot time making sure everything was good.

I thought it was crazy to spend so much on a "remote control" ... but I love every thing about this device, and most of all, appreciated the service delivered by the installation/geek squad ... made it easy for me, and I am the least tech savvy person around.

The techs programmed our harmony remote with our new receiver! They did a great job!

Agents set up my t.v. and connected all devices and WiFi/internet. Made sure I was comfortable with it’s operations, settings etc.

The remote was initially programmed. After the technician left the remote didn't function properly. On the plus side, the technician left his cell phone number and he came back and programmed it properly. He also was pleasant throughout this process.

This a great service. Sometimes these remote programming features are tedious and complicated. Do yourself a favor and purchase this service. It's worth it.

Donnie and his partner, [I forgot his name] arrived and installed my clothes dryer efficiently and quickly. They made a very positive impression.
