The Geek Squad reprogramed my existing Harmony remote so I could have quick access to my favorite options

Went thru the use of the Harmony but was not told how to start the alert that there is/are updates. Tried every button on the clicker but no results. Alert remains on LR screen covering up part of the TV screen A pain

Switched from older style WD external "towers" storage units. Small size requires no power cord, and is very unnoticeable on desk top. Plus very portable when travelling with laptop. Excellent product for the price!

The agent got the Harmony remote to increase and decrease volume, no longer needing the direct tv remote, and showed us how to use additional features.

I had changed my carrier for internet and thus my TV. The Geek Squad came to reprogram my remote because my new carrier wasn't able to. It was reprogramed successfully and is much more convenient now.

No way we could have programmed the new universal remote without having Geek Squad. So knowledgeable and took the time to explain how to use it including shortcuts. Great choice!
