Fantastic! They were an awesome team!! They are coming back to do our Harmony remote after the satellite is hooked up. Highly recommend to anyone that needs help.

mistakenly completed tech support visit as remote programming. As always Geek Squad Agent took care of my issues on MAC and iPad. Always very professional and knowledgeable. Sorry for the confusion on my reviews.

The agents connect our new TV to all of our new equipment. They did a fantastic job.

Geek Squad Agent Scott set up and programmed my new Logitech remote. I had a question and he followed up the next day and resolved my issue. Great customer service.

The agents corrected problems with my Harmony universal remote and my Xfinity remote. They were not working correctly after I swapped the DVR.

Geek squad is the best. I have a new house and they were prompt and explained everything. They sat up a movie room that is great.

Geek squad gave me a time frame repair work between 4:30-8:30 pm. They called at 8:00 and said they were running late. They arrived at 8:45 and spent an hour there. The technicians were fine, but it was late for all of us. Once they fixed the one problem, they proceeded to reprogram the entire remote, which took an hour. They left near 10:00 pm and my remote is more confusing now. The individuals were knowledgeable. I think Best Buy put them in a bad spot by extending their day so late into mine. I've gone to Office Depot for my next tech contract.

As always, the representative was not only professional but friendly, helpful, extremely patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve my problem.

I requested Geek squad to come to my home for the 3rd time. First was to install new TV. They sold me on Logi universal remote and an Eero modem In order to use just one remote and to improve my Wifi signal respectively. The Eero has been a great addition and provides faster consistent speeds. The Logi remote, however, has not been as awesome. It works differently on the two TV’s we have. Apparently I need to go online to reprogram the remotes. So not sure why they came out 2 additional times the last which cost me $100- with no further programming being done on Best Buy’s part. A bit disappointed.

I recently purchased a new AV receiver. After connecting it to my TV, the audio was no longer in sync. I called in the Geek Squad and my agent, John L., remedied the situation.

having to reprogram two Harmony remote control units. He did a good job. It took more time than either of us thought. But now the one remote isn't working as well as it should. They need to come back out and recheck it.

My tech programmed my new universal remote - he did a great job setting up each item (tv, dvd, music, gaming etc....) and making sure they all worked and showed me how the remote worked and how to use it!!!

The techs programmed our remote to control all of our devices so we only have to use one remote for everything.

I had new sonos speakers installed, including play bar, play 1 and bass, and also had them install a harmony remote so I could hide my cable box. The harmony remote is cumbersome to use. It was difficult to toggle back and forth between music and tv...I lost volume control and can no longer play music ...the touch pad is not sensitive to the touch, resulting in numbers often being entered twice or not at all. .the app keeps telling me I need to install a device, despite the fact that the geek squad set this up for me a few weeks ago. I've tried contacting my Installer but I have not heard back from him. Very frustrating.

My Harmony remote was out of sync with my devices and my sound bar was not working. Geek Squad immediately fixed the problem and synced all my devices.

The tech was very patient with us. The one thing we did not check is the very first thing he suggested, and he was right.

The tech was not going to be able help us with our need he found that the service we requested was not needed. So he got the money refunded to us. I m very satisfied with the job and knowing that you are not trying to charge me more than needed.

The Geek Squad programmed my Harmony remote with the existing pioneer receiver and my new LG OLED TV. Everything went fine and is working fine.

Two gents came over, explained what they needed to do, confirmed with me the process and explained how to make things work. Friendly, professional and courteous.
