The technician did an excellent job, the remote had to be reprogramed which he handled very quickly and that seemed to solved all of my issues. i gratefully appreciate the excellent work that was performed on that day and haven't had any other problems since.

I was very pleased with the professional work the Geek Squad did in setting up the remote for my TV. My package includes Blue Tooth player, HDTV, phonograph player, stereo, an old VHS, and an Apple TV box. They put it all together - it works off of one remote (except for the VHS), and they taught me how to maneuver. I'm happy. When my cable service changed they came back and redid it all so that it works again.

I think the guy who came did great trying to set it up; however, through the process I believed it wasn’t going to make anything easier. I felt the actual Denon Receiver does not have the capability to do what I need it to do. I feel the actual product of the Dennon 2700 is not worth the money. Very disappointed in that.

This television was very simple to unpack. I removed it from the box. I used three screws to install the base. I powered it up and viewed the network options. I very quickly logged into Netflix and began watching TV. I actually bought two of these televisions. The picture is very good. The television is very light and easy to move around. Overall a very well presented product and greatly appreciated!

We purchased the Logitech Harmony remote, and not only are we able to operate all of our devices through one remote, it is super simple to use. We love it. Geek Squad came out to the house and set it all up for us, explained everything, and were gone in roughly 30-45 minutes, it was great. Highly recommend Geek Squad!

I have had my Harmony Remote for quite a while but knew I did not have it programmed to it's full potential. After purchasing a new Samsung TV with SmartHub, I could not for the life of me figure out how to program the Harmony for all the new features. Gus Brooks to from Geek Squad the rescue. He came out and not only programed the remote but verified that we had set up the new TV correctly. It was well worth the price e of the service call.

The geek squad members who came to my house were exceptional. They installed my universal remote to make it compatible with all my devices and explained it to me very well. Smart tV's are wonderful, but i was using 3 different remotes to operate mine. There is an inexpensive remote that can be purchased at Best Buy and for a fee, someone will come to your home and set it up so the cable TV, Smart TV like Netflix, Hulu and the like, can all be operated effortlessly from one remote. I will never be without this again !

My wife has continually complained about the complexity our past remotes. It would take 3 remotes to watch a movie (tv, dvd, sound System). This remote looked like it belonged to a kid tv with only a couple of buttons but the tech explained that your technology like smart phone or iPad would serve as the remote. He was right and it's easy enough that my wife doesn't complain anymore, at least not about the remote!

I purchased the elite harmony universal remote for my parents. I also had the geek Squad come and program the remote for them. They did an excellent job. The only problem was my mom couldn’t get the volume to come on the receiver so we called the geek Squad back and they were nice enough to come back and fix the problem with no charge. Can’t get any better than that. They were a big help.

Darby Hayes came to my home to program my Harmony Ultimate One remote. He was very thorough in asking which devices needed to be programmed. He set up an account on my computer to keep track of the items for future changes. He even corrected previous programming of my equipment which had been done incorrectly so that they items worked more efficiently with the new remote.

The only drawback was having to wait at my Mom's house for the 4 hour window for the appointment. They allowed me an 8 to 12 time slot, and showed up at 11 which is acceptable, just a tad inconvenient. All else, went perfect! quick install, very patient with my 85 year old mother, explaining how to use the Harmony Remote, and courteous dealing with her. Thanks again!

As senior citizens we rely on geek squad for our tech needs. We have used them for more then 20 years and, as always, they manage our needs in a precessional and friendly manner.

ON the SAME day that I had my Harmony Remote programmed, my LG TV was declared junk by Best Buy warranty department. Now I am getting a new TV which is great, but BB says they will not reprogram the remote for the new tv unless I set up another $99 Geek Squad call. I appreciate the ease of the warranted exchange, but it seems like they should set up the new TV and leave everything just as it was before.

Harmony was reset and he showed me how to use for all devices.
