Agent did a great job of installing and overcoming equipment issues due to age of equipment. Also did a great job of explaining/training on equipment installed!

The Geek Guys were very well trained and in a few short minutes had our Cd/DVD hook up and instructions on how to operate it.

Paid for the Geek Squad to come and install and train. Showed up on time, 2 employees, knowledgable, and had it set up and trained in no time. Life is good now. Surround sound going again, all components hooked up. WIfe is happy....

David hooked up our amp-receiver. He was very thorough and also programmed our universal remote. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all our questions.

Both men were good and quick to unpackage and install TV to my systems. Cleaned up and were neat. Sold me on the idea of a universal remote, took a little long to install and has not worked the way promised.

On-time, courteous tech got me connected and up and running as expected. Worked through some issues but dedicated all the time necessary to resolve all issues.

Geek Squad did set-up and program our TV, sound-bar and Harmony remote. However, they were unable to program the Harmony remote to our Yamaha Receiver and more often than not, the Harmony receiver doesn't allow you to adjust the volume of the TV up or down. They did pair our old Cox Cable remote to work with our new TV and that works better than the Harmony Remote for the volume! Not sure if this was a Geek Squad issue or Harmony Remote issue,

I would have never been able to figure out how to use the TV control withour having the Geek Squad men to install the information on the control.

Everything went well. Wish he had spent a few more minutes explaining how the remote works. But I was able to figure it out. He did spent time in making sure all was working before he left

If you have a Harmony Remote you know how fantastic they are- if you don’t have one you’ll make things simpler to use by getting one—- but you better get it programmed by Geek Squad- great job!

Had some trouble getting the color right. Once i mastered the main executions it seems to be a great tv. Most of the .problems seem to be with the internet provider rather than the tv.

I like the remote better than the Comcast remote as it controls more devices, but it takes some time to learn the device and the Geek Squad did not give a lot of explanation on how it works.
