Installers were very thorough and helpful. Installation seemed very complex and I am gald they were there to do it! They got back to me quickly on the one post-installation issue I had.

Geek Squad was able to coordinate most things but was not able to get universal remote to turn on sound bar - must use sound bar remote to turn sound on - all else seems fine.

Instruction and programming not easy to follow nor intuitive. It may be an equipment issues but once learned works fairly well
