I purchased the Harmony remote. The Geek Squad Tech was able to set it up and program it so that we only need to deal with one remote that's user friendly. Thank you!

The agents mounted my television and connected everything, but were to come back to set up my remote service. Still waiting to get that finished.

I have the Harmony Remote 900 with RF which I really like. However, I understand that this model is supposed to be phased out. It does freeze sometimes, and I have to remove the battery and replace it. The white battery does not swell, the blue battery is the one that is supposed to be problematic. I leave it on the charger more often than not, although I have gotten conflicting info about that. I don't think it's a good idea to let the battery totally run out. I like that I can keep my components in a cabinet. Logitech has been decent re: customer support. Best Buy charges way too much to program the remote.

Instruction and programming not easy to follow nor intuitive. It may be an equipment issues but once learned works fairly well

Does not make sense to have this remote an not have it programmed (even though I was never asked if I wanted to program it myself!)

Geek Squad was able to coordinate most things but was not able to get universal remote to turn on sound bar - must use sound bar remote to turn sound on - all else seems fine.

Updated my Harmony Elite to operate added new AVR. Corrected 2 errors that I had created while trying to do this myself.

The Geek Squad Technicians are always knowledgeable, polite, efficient, on time and professional! No other service company can measure up to them!

The 3 man team was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, patient, followed Covid protocols and was respectful of my home.
